• Partner verification information: business-registration details, licences, certifications, portfolio information, professional references and other information reasonably required for verification;
• Engagement information: proposals, communications, approvals, feedback, complaints, transaction references and other records relating to an Office Planners engagement;
• Payment and billing information: transaction references, invoice details, payment status and related billing information. Sensitive payment credentials may be processed directly by authorised payment providers rather than Office Planners;

When a Client submits a business requirement, relevant information may be shared with selected or matched Partners so they can assess and respond to that requirement.

Similarly, relevant Partner information may be shared with Clients to assist them in evaluating a proposed Partner.

Clients and Partners receiving personal or confidential information through Office Planners are expected to use that information only for the relevant business purpose and in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, banking channels or other approved payment mechanisms.

Office Planners does not require users to disclose card PINs, CVVs, UPI PINs or online-banking passwords directly to Office Planners personnel.

Third-party payment providers may process personal data in accordance with their own applicable privacy and security terms.

Office Planners retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed, including to:

• provide Platform services and manage engagements;
• maintain necessary business and transaction records;
